Alright brothers, just finished up my first week. Starting weight 198lbs. I am running:

450mgs test cyp weekly (week 1-12)
300mgs NPP weekly (week 1-12)
300mgs primo weekly (week 1-12)
300mgs tren ace weekly (week 1-5)
25mgs anavar twice daily (week 6-12)

Diet split between 5-6 meals

250g protein
350g carbs
30g fat

I don’t count macros so all are just estimates but I am consistent so I know I am pretty close to these numbers

I took some pics to monitor progression

2 sets dumbbell standing curls x 20 reps

4 sets of machine preacher curl 12 - 20 reps

3 sets of hammer curls dumbbells 12 - 20 reps or
3 sets of cable hammer curls 12 - 20 reps

3 sets 1 arm dumbbell preacher curl or
3 sets of single arm overhead cable curls 12 - 20 reps

I may add a couple of sets of one these exercises on my Friday workout along with a tricep exercise.

I was gonna say your bi’s are SICK but honestly your just jacked bro!
I love winter bulk season when y’all who can get down with some compounds and pack on some mass.
What’s your target weight bro?
How many lbs are you wanting to add?

Don’t really have one bro. I eat pretty clean for the most part so I would be happy if I packed on 1/2 - 1lb a week so when I finish up I should be sitting around 205 - 210. Anytime I go above 210lbs bro, I feel sluggish and it tends to have a negative impact on my training. Heaviest I have ever been a few years back was 220 but I was at higher body fat. So I dieted down and have been putting on size slowly each year. I feel my body handles the weight better if I put it on slow. And at 42 years old, I am ok with 6 - 10lbs on a bulk.
