62-15 equals 47yo…

I’ll take my 15 years back…thank you.

For reference: I was almost 30 pounds heavier then… 20ish was probably muscle…maybe a bit more. A few years post of “the strongest I’ve ever been “. Still bench pressing 315 all day everyday reps n sets…squatting 405 all day every day reps n sets.
 
Oh and I could do pull ups with 20-60 lbs all day every day and actually run a respectable mile… low 7’s.

I gotta have a little of both, though as I have aged closer and closer to 60, I’ve begun caring much more about aesthetics than how much weight I can push. That said, there’s a limit. I have to have some real strength, too.
