Good morning everyone, I hope everyone is doing well, and I sincerely hope you're all happy, healthy, and in a good place mentally, as that's what truly matters.
I've been super busy as of late, my son left last year to go to the Marines, he is an electrician, and he just so happened to meet someone, and now wants to get married. The problem is he's only 19...
I also went to litigation with Citizens Insurance to try to get them to pay for a new roof for my home that was damaged from Hurricane Milton. It was about 2 weeks of testifying and having experts come in to also testify on what they saw when viewing the roof. In the end the judge deemed it as being an old roof, and stated that my team of constitutes didn't provide enough evidence to show there was substantial damage from the hurricane. So I now have to pay about $25K for a new clay roof (terracotta).
I'm 5 weeks out from my pro debut, I'll be competing at the Atlanta Pro which is held by Linda Murray. I garnered the pro card last year at North Americans after 2 unsuccessful attempts. I'll be competing in the classic physique category and I hope to make 1st call out. Of course it would be nice to win and get the Olympia qualification, but I really just want to prove to myself that I can be on stage with the pros and compete with them. Last year at North Americans I was 171lbs on stage, this year during the offseason I was able to get up to 215lbs. I've now cut down to 184lbs as my cap is 187 for my height.
(At North Americans, I was diced but could have been tighter, and the size wasn't really there at 171lbs).
(Offseason at 215lbs, a big part of getting here was the secretagogue MK-677)
(Current look at 184lbs)
Gym time is 6 days a week, was doing cardio in the morning via treadmill and at night via stair-master, but have since then stopped with the stair-master in order to not lose my legs. Resistance training is great and I'm hitting back, legs and chest twice a week. Posing 45 minutes per day and actively wearing a waist trainer when around the house and running errands.
My diet is at 2000 calories per day, down from 3500. At this point carbs are gone as I have 100 grams per day. Protein is still high and Fats are also still there but on the low end.
Compounds are as followed.
Test P 200MG (M-W-F)
Mast P 200MG (M-W-F)
Clen 40MCG per day
Winny V 80MG per day
Arimadex 1 MG per day
HGH 2 IU's per day (Will take these last 4 weeks to give a fuller look)
Supplements are as followed
Whey Protein
Magnesium
Omega 3
Old School Lab fat burner
Elderberry
Gluccosamine Chondroitin
B12
I also use CPAP on a nightly basis.
I'm excited, nervous, and scared all at the same time, as I don't wanna get my ass handed to me. We all know getting on the stage can be a very humbling experience. I just want to do well, I still need to get more diced as this isn't good enough for first call out, my glute striations needs to come in, and my hammies need to pop more.
Just seems that time is going really fast now. Gonna make the most of these last 5 weeks and see what happens. Thank you to everyone for giving a weirfo introvert a place to talk about training and gear. Thank you to @platnimumpharm for being a consummate professional.
Win or lose, lets give them hell!!!
Semper Kill!!..
