MARCH 28TH ISSUE OF DIETS AND BODY BUILDING.

Hi all.Breakfast drinkable chobani peach,4 HB eggs whites,4 pieces of real bacon,strawberries,coffee n water.Lunch was two turkey n swiss,lettuce,tomato bananna peppers,Animal vanilla protein shake,bananna cranberry juice.Im not sure what I'm gonna lift,maybe nothing...
Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Chicken rice my cereal mix and then pbj with protein shake at night. Not sure my junk meal of the day is but probably poses chicken sandwhiches maybe baconator. Oh yeah heavy push day
 
Skipped training. Spent that time grabbing some extra sleep. Nothing exciting for food. The same crappy chicken and rice. Chicken meatballs and pasta. Eggs, toast and turkey sausage. Yogurt and almonds. Protein shake
