Im waking up with more energy and as stated above, sleeps are great. I'm pushing harder in the gym and the weight is beginning to increase more on a weekly basis because of calories and of course compounds. I'll be increasing those in the next 3 days one the meal plan changes.

I can feel and see it, I’m getting closer to 230lbs. As of now, I'm 210lbs and with every day I feel harder, denser, and undeniably strong. The work is showing up in my body and my mindset, and that quiet confidence hits different when you know you earned it rep by rep, meal by meal. I wouldn't say I'm chasing perfection, just steady progress, and that’s exactly what’s building my strength that feels real and permanent.

Good afternoon everyone, got a good workout today but a little perturbed, just lost $1900 in Gold while going over the charts... It's ok, I'll get it back.

New meal plan is as followed, Im gonna be taking in about 3400 calories per day.

Although one of my emails the first 2 words are KILLBODIES...
 
I’m genuinely excited to begin increasing my caloric intake by strategically adding a few more meals into my daily nutrition plan, allowing my body to enter a controlled caloric surplus that supports gradual weight gain and lean muscle hypertrophy.

Rather than rushing the process, my goal here is to prioritize physiological adaptation, giving my metabolism, endocrine system, and skeletal muscle tissue adequate time to respond through enhanced protein synthesis, glycogen storage, and neuromuscular efficiency. This progressive approach will help optimize body composition while minimizing unnecessary adipose tissue accumulation.

I’m motivated by the science behind this phase and understand that consistent nutrient timing, recovery, and progressive overload will work synergistically to produce sustainable results. While I’m focused on the long-term outcome, I’m equally committed to embracing each stage of the process, knowing that real transformation is built through patience, discipline, and respect for the body’s adaptive mechanisms.

Happy Wednesday everyone!!!

Today I woke up and the scale said 211lbs, so the NPP, Test P, Anavar and HGH are all doing its job. Thank you to @US-pharmacies;-)

I’m more motivated than ever because I can actually see the transformation happening in my physique. Every workout, every meal, and every early morning has added up to real, visible progress. I’ve worked incredibly hard so far to get to this point, staying disciplined even on the days when it wasn’t easy, and now I’m closing in on my goal of 225–230lbs.

Watching my body grow stronger and more defined fuels my drive even more. It's also not me chasing a number, I’m building proof of what consistency and commitment can accomplish, and that keeps me pushing forward with even greater focus and determination.

I've bumped up the Test P, NPP, Anavar, and HGH, and I feel good upon waking. Energy is there and my strength has gotten better, I have very good deep sleeps and I'm eating about 5-6 times a day right now.
