Shoulders bis and tris for me today had some cream of rice with 2 bananas and protein powder. Post workout had cream of rice with blueberries. Beans and chicken for lunch and sweet potato and almond butter with some fish for dinner. Hope everyone is doing well today!

I just trained biceps, triceps, delts, and traps. It was a good workout.
I’m a bit achy because I took masteron 4 days in a row. I’ll go back to 3 days a week. That was best for me. 150mg/week is perfect. 250mg was too much.
I cut my hair today and noticed my balding head has thicker hair from the HGH. I wasn’t expecting that at all but it sure makes me happy.
