Waffles and egg whites pwo. Then a protein shake with frozen strawberries. Just had some Indian food with a friend. Chicken (in some sauce) with basmati rice and naan bread. Love the stuff just but everything tastes alot a like 😂
 
Today is all protein/oat shakes until dinner time cheat meal.
I just trained biceps, triceps, delts, and traps. It was a good workout.
I’m a bit achy because I took masteron 4 days in a row. I’ll go back to 3 days a week. That was best for me. 150mg/week is perfect. 250mg was too much.
I cut my hair today and noticed my balding head has thicker hair from the HGH. I wasn’t expecting that at all but it sure makes me happy. 😀
 
I know. It really surprised me. Now if my goatee would turn fully brown and lose the grey I’d be good to go,
