If i had a dime!!! Report: patient alert and orientated, recovering as expected, blah, blah…then wait a minute sweating, fine tremors(in CD) “old trick was tongue for tremors” can’t hide that one…ive been so embarrassed especially when i was new and had no CD or psych, benzos I had no clue! My best was when we had no bedside report and I report this will be your easiest patient young, ready to d/c. When I get back after 3 days the patient was up going into another room, asking where is his luggage or the baggage claim from his Jetblue flight, gown falling off, I don’t think he fell. It became a teaching point as the preceptors would tell the bber nurse story. Just a funny story, i have no judgement for anyone.
