Take care of yourself youngster.
Too late haha my body is a wreck. Which is why I quit chasing numbers a few years ago. I also feel like I was always injured until I decided to cut the weight and go full control slow rom and now my joints feel better than they have in years.

Yeah I haven’t chased the numbers in years. Def not doing that now. My MAIN reason for training now is so I can perform at my job so I can provide for, and keep up with my 3 and 5yr old boys.

Repair longer recovery, can go back to my typical workouts once healed. Replacement… pretty much BW leg exercises. Since I’m close to 60. Am I going to squat 550 again? Probably not even with repair. So shorter recovery or longer is what it comes down to. I am leaning more and more towards replacement. Just cuz I’m older and don’t want to deal with recovery.

I’ve been told, by my fat lady neighbor mind you, that her replacement was way better than her prior surgeries.

She seems pretty mobile.

Bout time to give up the big numbers my friend. I understand it. You’ve got nothing to prove… you’ve made your bones.

Thanks. Pretty sure I’m ready to drop the max lift stuff. It just hurts more and causing more problems. Just drop the extra weight and work on longevity now. But it’s hard to do when you know nothing else. Just got to get s different mentality now. I’m sure it will be replacement come November.

After your surgery and at full recovery…I’d be willing to bet you will still in the top 1% of males, strength wise in all age categories.

Enjoy it man. I’m sure you will. Only down side I’ve heard or read is that the individual just happened to be more partial to dbol. Other than that, heard and read nothing but good. Startin with 25mg and workin up?
