Any advice on arimidex

Just started taking arimidex 1mg about every 3 days. Been getting bad joint pain and headaches. Just wondering if this is common and how to combat these sides? Any advice would and is always appreciated! Thanks Brothers

Joint pain is a symptom of low estrogen. You’ll need blood work to confirm. It is almost unbearable for me. I’ve talked my estrogen 2 times and the joint pain is the indicator for me.

Some take .25mg e3d
1mg e3d seems to be high unless your taking a high dose of an aromatizing compounds.

Possibly cut back on the adex it might help and you will get a rebound that if your issues go away its most likely the adex keeping your estrogen levels really low.

First try and get some blood work if possible. Depending on your body and response to Adex, you may be killing your Estrogen levels which is just as bad or worse than high estrogen. For example me. 1mg every 3 days would crush my levels. Like horrible. I take .25mg Monday/Thursday is all I need for my sweet spot. Just remember. Every single body and response is different to compounds. Some have been doing this long enough and know their bodies. I know my body because I’ve been on the high end and low end. But still get blood work done once off and then again on cycle. Guessing or having a feeling to me is a good time to get checked out. The bad thing about estrogen in the male body is if it’s high or low your dick doesn’t work well. At least for me it didn’t.

You are exactly right. And the psychological effects are dangerous 2
