Any oral that actually works for PWO?

I tried Anadrol but idk if it does anything for me as a PWO. Is this mostly bro science and placebo. Anything that actually work?

What kinda effect are you going for? I use caffeine as a stimulant and used to love halo pre workout. But that’s not for everyone and not practical for me now. I was also a fan of viagra or cialis as well. Used that more often.

Black coffee and cialis for me.

Tbol worked ok but wrecked my lipids.

In my mid 20’s, dbol and winstrol was all the rage. Dbol ballooned me up with water weight. I had serious moon face.

I don’t think you’ll find much that can be a long term solution. Halo is great but can’t run that long term. If your already on stims then focus on getting mentally prepared. We used to sniff ammonia before our heavy lifts for that. It’s just going to clear your mind a bit and alert.

Others may have better options for pwo.

Definitely not. You’re most likely not taking it early enough.

Might be under-dosed.

But anadrol as a PWO is potent.

3-4 hours for me I was doing 1.5 when i first started taking them pwo and noticed I was getting boost right at end of workouts. I’d rather it already be hitting for 1/2 or so before workout then start coming on at end

I believe 3 hours is the standard peak for anadrol. I remember seeing a chart somewhere talking about PL guys taking 1 pill 5 hours ahead of first life, and second 3 hours ahead of first lift.

I remember you telling me this protocol but I did all injects for first lift maybe a mistake looking back stupid quad and then I took my orals after that seemed to time up well there but other meets wouldn’t have been as they only last like 3 hours

Your looking for a feeling,and just because you cant find it doesnt mean the anadrol isnt helping you as a PWO.
I prefer cialis,TNE, or inject dbol,inject dbol and TNE i love mixing as pwo.

100 I’ve done 150 before and maybe it was just that day. But almost felt like it was too much for squats. Now I did that much becuase I was a little low on energy and what not do to lack of sleep I can’t remember if the lack of sleep was work related or me doing dumb shit related.
