I’ve been running pretty hard on the farm and its been stressful but thats part of it I suppose, but very little sleep for me is a recipe for disaster in terms of training. The main killer is the loss of appetite. I have a crazy fast metabolism and it makes gains very slow. My diet is on point usually but like I say I’ve not been eating heavy or sleeping good for 6 weeks now so I eat like a normal person now
. I was wondering if you guys had any tips or supplements that increased hunger. I’m still running 2 shorter workouts a day for a week at a time and that seems to up the hunger until lethargy kicks my ass. I’ve been reading about the sarm mk677 which is not really a sarm just for the simple reason i read it makes you extremely hungry
