Appetite and sleep woes

I’ve been running pretty hard on the farm and its been stressful but thats part of it I suppose, but very little sleep for me is a recipe for disaster in terms of training. The main killer is the loss of appetite. I have a crazy fast metabolism and it makes gains very slow. My diet is on point usually but like I say I’ve not been eating heavy or sleeping good for 6 weeks now so I eat like a normal person now 😅. I was wondering if you guys had any tips or supplements that increased hunger. I’m still running 2 shorter workouts a day for a week at a time and that seems to up the hunger until lethargy kicks my ass. I’ve been reading about the sarm mk677 which is not really a sarm just for the simple reason i read it makes you extremely hungry
Any tips other than pot would be appreciated 😆 🤣

Eat smaller portions spread out over a longer period of time.
It will help you be able to eat more throughout your long day instead of eating a heavy meal and then trying to work like you do is what stops your hunger. Your body doesn’t like carrying around all the food in your stomach. This is how people actually work themselves to death. There body just keeps burning cals and shuts down the system instead of telling you to eat.
Do what I used to do wrap anything in tin foil or a zip lock so you don’t have to touch it either have it set up for bite sized pieces or small bites I reccomend burritos wraps or diced chicken.
I was able to accomplish this while working on a roof covered in carcinogens. I believe that it should be possible on the farm. Just like you push yourself to drink fluids push yourself to eat small pieces. Every time you take a drink pop a piece of diced chicken and then eat 3-4 other regular meals a day you should be able to put down alot.

On the other side you have EQ you have peptides that are supposed to make you more hungry but I believe that you should raise your carbs early mourning your breakfast time plunty of carbs as much as possible this will give you energy for the day and dedicate your regular meals to heavy carbs to hydrate you during your work and fill the day with easily digested protein. If you have to start eating soups full of beans and meat basically chilli or make your own chicken noodle with alot of carbs and alot of protein. You can fill a thermos or tumbler and drink your meals all day which helps you not have to touch them either.

You will definitely eat a shit ton of food while dosing mk 677 plus your igf levels will soar up if you don’t mind that. The lethargy is there so I would take it before bed, usually the lethargic feeling goes away after 2 weeks for me.
 
Are you not sleeping because of lack of time or is it inability to fall/stay asleep! If it’s time joinctje club, otherwise try some breathing techniques before bed as well as restricting any electronic decay. Try reading something boring and melatonin. Also a big carb meal at bedtime will increase seratonin levels which will help you as well.
 
Interesting a big carb meal before bed time is the first I’ve heard that, I’m gonna look at it and see what’s going on with it, I’m not doubting you in anyway @Kad1, I know you know your shit, it’s just something you never hear
 
@Kad1 I have translated Russian text on strength and conditioning that is so boring it’ll take you to lala land in minutes. I’ve always slept good on a big belly of any sort of pasta. @John

Well looks like Alfredo tonight thanks. I don’t know why I have trouble sleeping it happens to me every winter. The doc gave .e some ambien tho
