Apple Cider Vinegar- useful?

I can send you the food list I was given to choose foods from … I have been diagnosed with ibs and I have not had any issues to date unless I add extras … it’s nice to have a baseline to move from I can weed out the foods that trigger inflammation

Here’s the question , could our lifestyle…heavy weights , yo yo dieting, cause our issues or do peeps with “plumbing issues” better at stremgth sports bbing? God my hands are numb…I’m joking about. The previous. But we do eat and holdcpur …can’t type…hold breath. Heavy lifting around intestines.

Have you tried glutamine? My coach last year had me taking 2g every 2 hours, just because of the benefits it has to gut health, even though I personally don’t have those issues.

I just did a Google search on glutamine benefits, and here’s a quick excerpt:

"L-glutamine is the most plentiful amino acid in the body and supports intestinal health. L-glutamine may work for those with IBS because of this role.

The tissues found in the intestine use L-glutamine as a fuel source to function at their best. L-glutamine is also thought to help maintain proper barriers within the intestine.

It is possible that some cases of IBS occur due to an L-glutamine deficiency, and those who increase their intake of L-glutamine may notice a reduction or disappearance of their symptoms."

Sorry for not having a research study cited, but it’s getting late.
