April 1st edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 eggs scrambled,4 turkey sausage,1 chobani, banana coffee and water.No idea what lunch n dinner are,my two mini meals will be protein shake chobani English muffin.
 
Morning everyone! Pre workout sweet potato and egg whites, then hit chest and back with 30 mins on incline treadmill afterwards. Right after I grabbed my cream of rice with blueberries and whey. Chest is my weak point and slamming 1500 calories post workout is ridiculous!
 
Oats n cheese pork chop banana granola so far.

No training today.
 
Costco pizza. And a Pepsi. Hand full of hot tamales. And a nap.
 
I’ve had 2 protein/oat shakes, and now I’m supersetting chest and back. Took a couple selfies. 53 years old. Just a horny old goat! 🐐
