April 27th edition of diets and training

No work out today. Had oatmeal, blueberries and egg whites then two eggs on toast with a Greek yogurt. Have shaved steak and mushroom wraps for lunch.
 
Hopefully I’m back from the dead today. Took 20 min to eat 3 egg whites and 1-2 cup oatmeal w protein
 
5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, Turkey bacon, oats and strawberries… shake and banana. Jasmine Rice, 96 lean Ground Beef and asparagus. 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, ham, Turkey bacon, pepper Jack cheese and a 10” tortilla. Special order of business union meeting tonight for officer nomination, so will be a long night and I’ll probably pig out on what ever I can find at home for food
 
Breakfast was 4 fried eggs, 6 slices of bacon, and 2 pancakes with scoop of mass gainer added. Today is pull day. Pull ups, bent over rows, seated rows, curls, hammer curls, and dead lifts.
 
I had two turkey n cheese sandwiches 3 HB eggs no yolk.cranberry juice for lunch.Not sure about dinner…my wife asked of I missed her,and if course I’m fuckin dumb and told her not really.
