Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 sesame bagel,2 cans of tuna with hot sauce, banana,casein shake, cranberry juice.Lunch will be who the fuck knows,and the same for my first and second dinner.just gonna wing it I guess.Woke up on the wrong side of the fuckin bed,don’t even fuckin know what the right side of the bed is anymore.Not goin to gym til after dinner sometime.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
