Morning all. Starting a new job today,a small one two bedrooms,but since I had to leave the house at breakfast time I did the normal and got a cheese steak,cheese n pepper,1 peach chobani,banana and a water.Gonna do chest later.
So far just an orange, 2 pieces of sourdough bread and a scoop of protein. Training some legs shortly. Bought a rotisserie chicken so I’ll eat that on a wrap or something later
Hit shoulders and biceps this morning and an hour of cardio. 15 incline. 4.0 speed. Breakfast was 5 egg whites 1 whole egg, fiber tortilla , 2 scoops protein, and 1/4 cup of oats
I’d kill for a cheese steak!
Had a nice piece of halibut w/ salad for my second meal today. That was a nice treat. No carbs all day.
Training arms in about an hour
I have three of these about two inches thick. 8 pounds total.
What’s the best way to cook these. I have a charcoal grill a smoker or the oven? Any recipes or instructions would be greatly appreciated View attachment 17424
