April 6th diets and lifting

Morning all. Starting a new job today,a small one two bedrooms,but since I had to leave the house at breakfast time I did the normal and got a cheese steak,cheese n pepper,1 peach chobani,banana and a water.Gonna do chest later.
 
Mmmm steak n cheese. Love those.

Two eggs scrambled with bacon bits and potatoes. Protein shake. Today arms and shoulders.

Yesterday I had my first experience of bad back pumps. Kept waking me up. Now I know what everyone is talking about with how painful those are.
 
So far just an orange, 2 pieces of sourdough bread and a scoop of protein. Training some legs shortly. Bought a rotisserie chicken so I’ll eat that on a wrap or something later
 
I’d kill for a cheese steak!
Had a nice piece of halibut w/ salad for my second meal today. That was a nice treat. No carbs all day.
Training arms in about an hour
 
Before gym I’m taking 2g a day. And haven’t had an issue since starting

I have three of these about two inches thick. 8 pounds total.

What’s the best way to cook these. I have a charcoal grill a smoker or the oven? Any recipes or instructions would be greatly appreciated

Your wife probably over salted those as well you should send on down my way haha
