When I lay down for long periods of time if my arms are in certain positions different parts and sometimes the whole arm gets pins and needles in it. Sometimes the fingers sometimes from the shoulder all the way down to my finger tips. Happens on the right and left arm at different times.

Any ideas? Started happening when I would have a hard day at work but now that am hitting the gym hard it happens often.

Happens to me when retaining too much water. I get bad when using mk677

Means a nerve or nerves at being “pinched” by the way you are laying or if you have had shoulder/joint damage. It can also be caused by weigh/muscle gain. Like lying on your back. With arms crossed on chest. For example. My arms fall asleep all the time if I do tgat too long.

It happens to me most often when I have them up in my hands behind my head or if I’m on my stomach with my face down on my hands in front of me

Ok. That makes me feel better. Wasn’t sure if it was something I needed to be concerned about but it seems like this is fairly common. I love Ugmuscle. If I didn’t have this resource there would be so much uncertainty with all the little things going on with my new life style change. I always get good answers here to all my questions and fast. Thanks brothers!!! I am such a big advocate of this community.

Well said @Rusty, this is my first and probably last forum I’ve ever been on, I came looking for a source, and stayed for the massive amount of knowledge I’ve gained.

Well it’s worth to me so far. I am more happy and confident then ever before. My family sees it and they are happy too. If numb arms here and there is the worst I have to deal with then it is well worth it.
