Good morning all.breakfast was protein shake blended with chia seeds,2 tbl spoons of PB,1 Texas toast sized piece of zucchini bread, 🍇, banana,water.Gonna use the gym again later today,bi’s and shoulders.Today I’m grateful for another day to do the right thing,and for my supportive family.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
BF #1 - Overnight oat in Soy milk, w/ Honey and Cinnamon
BF #2 - 3 Eggs/3 Egg Whites w/ protein rice
Lunch #1 - Chocolate/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch #2 - Ground Turkey, protein Rice, mix veggies
Snack - Bsn Protein Crisp Bar
Dinner - 2 Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls in Soy Paper, Rainbow Roll

Workout:
5x2 Squat Clean warmup
7x1 Squat Clean Heavy
Timed 1 mile Run
 
1st meal was french toast and fried eggs. 2nd meal was fried egg and bologna sandwich. 3rd meal is steak and sweet potato. 4th meal is a shake. Today is a pull day. Back, shoulders, and biceps.
 
Morning to everyone breakfast was cream of rice, whey and an apple. Post workout is the same with blueberries instead of an apple. Have shrimp and zucchini later and some steak and mushrooms for dinner. Casein almond butter and Greek yogurt before bed.
 
Also it’s a push session for me and after upping food all lifts feel great. Strength skyrocketed for legs yesterday and can feel it all today. Excited to start my offseason for the next year and a half. Taking it nice and slow may throw in some compounds and titrate up throughout.
 
I just finished training delts and traps. Today’s diet is 4 protein/oat shakes, and 2 meals of 1/2Lb extra lean ground turkey breast with 2 cups of basmati rice.
 
I do it after cooked. We use boil in bag stuff so I just dole out a portion to myself afterwards. It’s not much…i can tell that. Hahaha
