August 2 edition of diets and bodybuilding

I put 1 1/3 cups of uncooked rice in the rice cooker for 2 meals. I think the cooked weight of 1 1/3 cups uncooked gives you 4 cups cooked leaving me 2 cooked cups of rice per meal.
 
Ha ha,yes starting yesterday I’m taking rice out of the equation, temporarily,beach trip Friday and I been bloated,even with yogurt probiotics/probiotic pills plus I wanna see how much I lose if I stop eating the rice awhile, I got up to 200 from 192ish pretty quickly so we will see in a week how much I weigh and go from there

but in fairness I didn’t want to run faster than the girl in front of me for a good while. I was happy to follow.

225 squat clean…that needs more work.
