August 3rd edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all,good day to be alive hope everyone can appreciate the small things in their daily grind.
Breakfast was a cheese steak,cheese and a fuckload a pepper,vanilla protein shake blended with strawberries and chia seeds, banana, cappuccino and water.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Got a double shift today, but we’re gonna make it work have a pull session later. No breakfast yet but it’s gonna be eggwhites and rice then pre workout cream of rice with whey and an apple post workout cream of rice with blueberries and then chicken and spinach for dinner with chicken and almond butter before bed. Hope everyone is killing it today!
 
First breakfast was four scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, two potatoes, and four slices of bacon. Second Breakfast was two mass gainer pancakes. Third meal was a mass gainer shake. Fourth meal was ten Buffalo wings and two slices of meat pizza. Fifth meal is P3 snack and chocolate milk. Sixth meal is two boneless chicken breast and green beans. Seventh meal not sure about yet. Eighth meal will be a mass gainer shake. Todays training will be Legs and Abs.
 
I’m starving myself until after my beach trip on Friday either that or cardio,and we all know I’d rather starve then do cardio
