Week 4 of pinning. Wish I were a bit further along, but this chest infection/cough shit has really slowed me down some. Finished a round of antibiotics & I never have to take those. Thinking I may need another round of something stronger, but I know you’re supposed to give it time to work and it was only a 7 day round. I’ll give it a few more days, but I can’t have this shit lingering, or I may have to pause like Dirt is.

Monday: Shoulders

-Cable Upright Rows
-Cable Lateral Raises
-Cable Supinated Front Raises
-Cable Fave Pulls
 
Off and on with the Dbol since starting 4 weeks ago, so I can say that I ran maybe two weeks total at 50mg PWO. About 1.5-2 hours PWO.
 
Tuesday: Arms

Triceps:
-DB Skull Crushers
-Cable Straight Bar Push Down
-Cable Reverse Extensions

Biceps:
-DB Hammer Curls
-EZ Bar Standing Drag Curls
-Seated Machine Alternating Curls
 
Looks like the gear is doing its thing, because I noticed my body (primarily right) nipple needs me to add in my normal dose of Nolva.

Left side was cut out when I was a teen and wish they would have done the right to not have to deal with this shit. Don’t remember why they didn’t, but in sure I was too dumb to tell Dr. to do both sides and be done with it, because one day I would like to use gear. 😂😂
 
I had gyno or whatever in my left I guess bad enough back when I was 16/17 and they removed it, but apparently wasn’t bad enough in right back then, or they just didn’t do it as often and especially on teens.

I’m good, if I’m just chilling on dosages of 400 or lower of Test, Deca, etc. and manage with just my twice a week Adex .5, which manages and doesn’t crush my E2. I figured running the Mast at 600/wk would help with my normal dose of Adex, but I’m an estrogen producing bitch apparently and have to hit the Nolva to get it back where it needs to, which is normal.

You are lucky and all of the others are lucky that hit high dose of stuff and have zero issues, other than elevated E2 on bloodwork. I’m sure the Dbol contributed to it somehow.

🤣🤣🤣., when I started pinning my pecs I had some swelling on the nips… but the gear just made its way there. I started using a longer pin and it correctrd the issue… I believe I started pinning g higher as well

What ever is going around it seems like verybpdy I’ve been. Around has had it. Today I just had regular ass allergies to deal with. When that is a nice break you k ow it’s fucked. But physically I almost feel back to where I need to be. I think I’m going to just start back in gym with the like three main lifts each day then some cardio just to try and get my lungs back under me
 
Hell yeah! I’m trying what I can and going on what days feel right. Might have to just mix in some more stair stepper since these lungs could use it, too.

I think I’m going to have to ask for a stronger antibiotic. I’m waiting a few more days, but this dry burning cough is lingering. I don’t need a steroid metro dose pack or that inhaler shit, like they always try to give. Just give one kick ass antibiotic that will kick this chest bacteria on its ass and I’ll be happy.
 
Well, I have not posted very well the last week or so in this log. I have been off and on with this damn burning and lingering cough. Went back to Dr. and they said it’s a viral cough and will eventually go away. Can’t write myself scripts and kind of figured, but said what the hell, I’ll get another opinion again.

Last Tuesday: Arms
Last Wednesday: Treadmill Incline Walk (Skipped legs for some lingering right hip pain, but made sure incline was at 12 or above whole hour.
Last Thursday: Chest
last Friday: Back
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Shoulders
Monday: Arms
 
Big thing about running 1G of test for me is the volume you have to draw up and pin at least 3 times a week. I don’t like trying the multiple test vials that are 400mg and so on, so I stick with what I know, which is TestC at 250/ml.

I’m open for suggestions though, other than pinning more often than 3 times a week.
 
For me I’m going to put 500 in Sunday morning 500 in Wednesday night test E … Of course I’m adding extras so I’m going to mix deca and mast Monday and Thurs. That’s 4 pins I know. But 27g 1/2 makes it easier. I’m a small guy so I keep my dosages 2ml per body part/muscle of injection

Yeah, I was going to do a 4th pin to add the rest of the MastE and TestC I needed to get me to 1G and 800mg respectively, cause the Deca I have is 500/ml, so that makes the volume on that nice.

I can handle up to about 3ml’s, but prefer to stay at 2.5 or below. I use Thighs, Ass, VG’s and if I’m feeling stupid I will pin calf or shoulder if volume is smaller, but that’s rare.
 
Shit most of the deca I see is 300 and that’s what I got Is 300. I hit delts,pecs and calves.someimes upper traps. Quads put me down . I can barely walk let alone work out legs that’s why my legs are so far behind. Cuz my dumb ass kept pinning because of ease of injection. Tris are a no go. I got 3 healthy veins wrapped around them bitches that I can never see unless their pumped from doing arms. Bis I like but it’s always hit and miss. Calves I used to hit the wrong spot and they’d swell up… But I can still walk so I was like fuck it. They are g2g now. I think Nick walker veins look so fucked up in his shins and calves because of bad injections down there but that’s just me assuming…I would try more but it takes forever for me to push in 2mls. Plus the money thing.
 
Yeah, Esquel offers Deca in 500 and the other two brands they carry have 500. You are correct that 300 seems to be more of the norm now for Deca.

You aren’t wrong about Nick Walker’s veins looking out of control. He used to workout at my gym here in Tampa and moved to Vegas, but when wife and I would look at his veins and the sheer size of his body as a whole for only being 5’ nothing, it was kind of disturbing. Nice guy though and kept fairly quiet and to himself.

I am not sure how in the hell folks pin lats or pecs and not sure I want to venture down that road. My thighs get sore once in a while from pinning, but I am thankful that they are still mostly good due to the sheer volume they can take on. I can get 3ml’s in thighs, VG’s (hips), and ass cheeks (wife does those for me).

If only I could find 500mg/ml in everything. 😂

Well, Tren at 400 is plenty. Especially if you’re hitting 1g of test. I finish you could find Mast at more than 200/ml though, cause I’m finding I respond well to 600+ and I know TG and a few others say they do well at even 800/week.
