Benching mishap today down 1 week

Hi JB, yes thinking about it now I did have my wrist rolled back and not straight. I will practice proper wrist position and grip with comfortable weight for a while before I move up to 1 rep max. All of your guys advise have help me to figure out what I was doing wrong when flat benching. I have a lot to work on to prevent this from happening again. Thanks guys Really appreciate it.
 
Don’t think it doesn’t happen to us boss I can do it all and my right wrist will ratchet on it’s on sometimes even with 135 on bar wrapping them helps tremendously and so does focusing on squeezing the bar hard as I can I used to do dead mans grip too and roll wrists back it’s part of maturing as a lifter to correct it most important is have a good spotter one you know and that will pay attention while doing it I will use lighter weight before asking a stranger to spot me
