Best digestive enzymes, what do you guys recommend?

I use to a digestive enzyme supplement that contained Protease and Bromelain for protein digestion, Lactase and Lipase for dairy and fats and Amylase and Cellulase for starches. To be honest i am not sure if it really made a difference. I ran out one day and never bothered to buy them again.

Yeah I’ve been that way I’m currently out of proviron and I’m trying to see a difference. 4 days in and I can some but some otc shit I AlwYs wonder if they are actually doing anything. Like I know the stuff I use for pumps work cause I can barely bend arms right now also I did add digestive aid to cart will order tonight if they don’t work I’m out 10 so no big deal

My shits were really hearty yesterday but when you eat so much that tends to happen

Yeah right. We’re on the opposite ends of the spectrum. Much more weight loss and I’ll have to turn in my man card.

Same here man, and it’s sucks since I actually like eating cooked veggies - especially broccoli and carrots, etc.

Same goes for probiotics, I know conventional wisdom says they are good for gut microbial health. But damn, if I take even a low CFU probiotic it wrecks havoc on my intestines - horrible gloat and whatnot.

Got diagnosed with IBS a few years back and I’ve never been able to fully track what sets a flare; it always seems to shift - one year it could be something and then a year later I’ll have no issues but something else will cause a flare.
