In general, hydrate, bananas, or other forms of potassium, leave some sodium in your diet, and maybe buy some water with quinine in it. Those are just some ideas. I’m sure @NeuroRN will chime in with some better recommendations.
TBOL, var, and winstrol all make me cramp. 1oz of water per lb. get a hydration aide. Liquid iv etc. I used 5 g of taurine. Look at your pre workout etc bc lots of taurine in them.
A 100 years ago when i was worth something…on day before weigh ins for powerlifting… if i was making 198… after weigh ins it was salt and vinegar chips with liquids… hahaha
Lots of electrolytes dont forget abput potassium, eat a lot of potatoes it helps. Anavar gives me horrible cramps. Taurine mever helped me much. But it helps some.
I know what I use for cramps in summer at work drink pedialyte Gatorade zero and water but I drink pickle juice at night and take patassium pills makes a diffrr were ence for me get the sodium from gaterade potassium from pills prescription are best
