Whatever time you can stick to consistently. Just make sure you go consistently. I personally go after work because I have a shitty desk job and by the end of the day I’m itching to move.
I’m way too tired in the mornings to give it a shot. Even on off days. Noonish is the earliest I’ll go. I love how empty the gym usually is around that time though. I get the whole place to myself. No waiting for the squat rack. Haha
My wife just wants to go when no one is there so late night works for her lol
Sucks my schedule is different every day… different start time and end when were done so it’s a pain and wife is cna so 6am to 2pm … makes things difficult
