Hi guys,
I’ve just been doing some reading on the website and had a question about cruising vs PCT essentially.
So my understanding is that blast and cruising is essentially doing a cycle of high test +/- any other compounds that you decide to use for a set period of time (I’ve seen 8-16 weeks), followed by a maintenance dose of Test (100-200mg per week) for another 16 weeks.
This is different from PCT where you finish your cycle and then wait a time period with no hormones followed by a period of time where you use SERMS (like clomid and nolvadex) to get yourself back to baseline levels.
Is this the correct understanding?
Finally, I’ve been thinking about cruising after this cycle just because my test levels were in the low 300’s both times after pre-cycle testing. Considering that would cruising be a smart plan (in this case it would essentially be unofficial TRT). And what is a good goal Test level while cruising?
