Going to try something here in a week or so. Going to a dietitian and having blood work done. Panel #1 and #2 measures the body’s IgG & IgA immune response to 209 whole food extracts. There is a 3rd Panel that measures the body’s IgG and IgA immune response to 57 commonly used food additives. She can plan your diet around your allergies and your goals. Did some reading up on it and seems like a lot of problems can clear up avoiding certain foods. So what the hell. I’m going to try it. Anyone ever try this before? Curious…

Yes please share your experience once complete. I’m going to research this, has me intrigued. I’ve decided to do/try some new things this year as well.

Yes my wife did this and she found out that a couple different things that you would never think were causing big problems were actually the reason. The one I remember the best is she is allergic to cow milk. Wtf right she has been drinking it her whole life. She cut that out and a couple other things cut out completely and she no longer has headaches ever she sleeps better and her breathing and all around health is better.

I reccomend it especially because I want to see how much it helps you.

My friend is a holistic life coach and she does all that stuff, talking about food allergies and how I can still “enjoy” my eating but with a better diet, I just lack the discipline to stick with it and eating healthy atleast how she eats is dam expensive, I should say I eat pretty healthy but eat a lot of everything to, my wife eats way better, and I will eat whatever she cooks so that’s a start I guess.

Long story short, more than 60% of humans stop producing the enzyme “lactase” that breaks down the sugar “lactose” which we get from milk after about the age of 5. Milk as a whole isn’t bad for us as we can get plenty of benefits from it, it’s just often difficult for our bodies to break it down. Products like kefir could be a good alternative.

It just happened one day, my doctor said that I just stopped producing enough of the enzymes needed to digest dairy, and it’s pretty common. I can still have dairy in moderation but if I over do it I’m miserable for 2 days. I was suprised because I’ve never had any food allergies or sensitivities.
