I really don’t know much about the science behind it. I had seen it happen with a few other guys then it happened to me a few months ago. On Tren ace with moderate test, taking the same dose AI I always do at that dosage and my Estradiol came back over 100ng. After researching it for awhile I found all that info. After that I started paying attention to other guys blood tests that were on Tren and it does happen a lot! More often than not when the ECLIA method is used.

You should be right around a gallon anyway with the “supplements” we use and the way we train. Especially with Creatinine levels that high.

I suggest around a gallon or 4 liters … I add electrolytes to my water as well so as not to find myself with electrolyte deficiencies on top of it. It is not unheard of to die because you drank too much water. everything is about keeping things in balance so over doing or undoing is where we run into trouble
