Bloodwork is in. High e2 and prolactin? TRT dose

Hey guys!

Here’s my results!

I’m on 160mg/wk Test C (just dropped from 200/wk due to acne development from potentially high DHT conversion, maybe it’s the high e2?)

37 years old
Currently 188lbs (14% bf)
5’9"

Not gyno prone but have had acne on my forehead for 6 months. It got bad around November.

I have arimidex on hand but only take it periodically at .5mg/2x wk.

Sorry the photos are coming in this way. The test results were posted really weird for me to check out.

Is this normal test to e2 ratios? Just curious what a more optimal range might be.

Edit: cropped images

Could you crop the pictures brother we don’t need to see full screen shots thanks 🙏

E2 is the reason for your acne unless you have bacterial acne.

Why is your prolactin so high? What else did you use besides test c?

Just Test C and nothing else at the moment. I have run Anavar and test at a slightly higher dose around June of last year for 6 weeks.

Never tried tren but I do know that it leads to elevated prolactin.

My former doctor found it so alarming that I got a brainscan to make sure I didn’t have a tumor since most people with prolactin this high have prolactinoma’s which is a small tumor on the pituitary gland. But thankfully I didn’t have it.

So no sarms no nothing? Listen things definitely affect people differently. That’s why I’m hell bound on getting my bloods done now. I had Rad140 which is a sarm and supposed to have little to no sides fucking spike my kidney and liver levels way up. If you’re only taking Test C I’d definitely recommend you not stop until you figure out what the issue is. Maybe try switching brands of what you’re using. Sometimes our body’s take things really well and out of no where boom side effects from hell. Not that I believe your test C is doing it but it’s at least worth a shot.

I use ugl at the moment but I used one from my doctor up until about a year ago with similar bloodwork results in prolactin.

. I’d dose .25 caber a week for right now and get your bloods done in two weeks. If you come back in the 12-16 range I’d say up it to .25 twice a week. I’ve noticed lately it works almost by percentages so you need to feel your body out first. .25 takes me down tolerably. Might have littler affect on you might have greater. Just because the caber works I wouldn’t let it be the final answer for whatever you have going on. Start there until you figure out your issue.

Thank you so much!!

I don’t have any of the problematic high prolactin sides luckily. (Thanking all gods for this one) like the lactation and all that.

My general practitioner is awesome. He’s the one who ran the tests since my wellness clinic went MIA. I’ve been 100% transparent with him about everything.

Just watched a MPMD episode about e2 and Derek says a rule of thumb is for it to be around 5% of what your total test is.

So, I should be around 50ish.

Do you guys think 1mg/arimidex per week would suffice to bring it down? (.5mg x2) or should I be a bit more heavy handed?
