So finishing up the “bulk” portion of my cycle (700mg Test E/week, 700mg Mast/week, MENT 50-70mg ED) and had a wild hair up my ass to have my body fact percentage tested at my gym. They have an impedance tester that runs a small current through you to detect all sorts of things. Exactly how accurate it is, I don’t know, but I came in at a whopping 23.8% bodyfat and 235lbs. Holy shit! I was still on MENT at the time, so I probably was a bit bloated and big, but damn, I was expecting something like 18% based on how I think I look. So on to the “cut” portion of the cycle: dry January/February (no alcohol at all), tighten up the diet, and run 50mg Test P, Tren A, and Mast P ED, in addition to my TRT doses of Test E (280mg/week) and Mast P (100mg/week), and 20-60mcg of Clen (five on, two off–I can’t take it otherwise). Finally, will add in some bike/treadmill time as much as possible and some serious sexercise when available. Aiming to be under 18% at the end, maybe better.

Impedance has an accuracy of +/- 6 -7%, the numbers you can be skewed by several things including electrolytes and hydration… calipers (the more points of test the more accurate) and hydrostatic are the most accurate… I would imagine you’re lower than 23%

I couldn’t tell you mine. I prefer the term “husky “ hahaha

I think inBody in particular (which most gyms have now) claims 3%+/- and that was revolutionary.

If you did it after you’ve eaten, and worked out it’s a total wash of accuracy. Most bioimpedence scanners state you should be on a 10 hour fast minimum before testing.
