Pro bodybuilder Rich Piana was placed into a medically induced coma this week, TMZ Sports has learned.

It’s not like this shit is that unexpected. But also have to wonder if this is real or just a publicity stunt for the new generation iron he’s in.

I just cant believe it. He was reported to be rushed to hospital the day before. Then next day TMZ of all places comes out with this. Then same day hes been recovering for a few days on official statement? Why and who notified TMZ that he was in a coma? They dont just put you in a coma and say “hey that was fun for a few minutes, lets wake you up now to recover.” And the timing of this when generation iron 2 is doing all their promotions and promoting the sections with Rich Piana the week before. TMZ never gives a shit about Rich.

I think he went to hospital for some other shit most likely and producers or whoever at generation iron decided to call TMZ and lie about shit just for promotion. Cause now when you google rich lately alot of his stuff for the new movie comes out.
