Bored...making breakfast and meal prepping for the week

Seen this pop up here from time to time…what’s for breakfast everyone?! Currently boiling 18 eggs (not going to eat them all but will down 10 (7 whites, 3 whole), along with some plain oatmeal.

Went grocery shopping for mainly me, as the wife doesn’t really know what and how much to get, particularly with meats. Found 2 20oz top sirloins, 8 lbs of boneless/skinless chicken thighs, 4 lbs chicken breasts, 12 oz salmon lox, a few largepork tenderloins, couple cartons of egg whites and almost all on sale. That should hold me off for awhile. Freeze half of it that I’m not going to cook within a few days and cook the rest with my sides (mainly rice and veggies) and put them all in individual containers. Keep just 2 days worth of meals in the fridge, then put the rest in the garage freezer and take 3-4 of them out a day before I need them to thaw in the fridge.
 
Excited as we have a contractor coming out today to estimate costs to put in a full kitchenette in our basement. The house we bought a few years ago had the basement fully finished but was roughed in for the kitchenette so won’t be nearly as expensive since we have all the electrical and plumbing ready. Going to definitely need it as the kids get older as we are a party of 7. In the meantime I imagine I’ll be using it the most to keep all my meals down here and do my meal prep in the basement as well.
 
Typical morning is one 16oz. carton of egg whites (50g protein) and a banana with a couple tablespoons of almond butter. Sometimes I’ll substitute some Kodiak Power Cakes for the banana and almond butter. Sometimes I’ll say fuck it and eat four scrambled eggs with bacon and toast, along with the egg whites.
 
Morning fast for my fat ass. Around noon start piling in protein like jerky hard boiled eggs, water, will probably carb up with something later for a quick push session. Oh and lots of caffeine.
 
With me skipping gym for recovery this week I’ve been having light breakfast just a few eggs and slices of bacon one

Yup, womens eating the mashed kid n I noodle,dogs will get some raw venison to with their dinner.
 
I had a protein/oat shake and a fish oil capsule at 5am then went back to bed. I’m making breakfast now. I have 3/4 cup rice cooking in the rice cooker, I’ll dump it on a 1/2 pound 99/1 extra lean ground Turkey burger and smother that in salsa. I already took my Anadrol, turinabol, Cialis, sustanon, test enan, test prop, deca, NPP, and tianeptine a half hour ago, I’ll take more tianeptine and flmodanifil after breakfast then go train biceps, triceps, and maybe a little quads.

Why so high on the tbol? You use pwo also is it not doing what it should or just pushing it hard?

I really believe that nandrolone and tbol were made for each other

I really shouldn’t even compare the tbol to any other PWO I use, and I use a lots different,tbol just jsnt on other PWO levels,hes less then.
