Not sure where to put this so I chose the training section. Literally just broke my elbow bench pressing. I heard it tearing then I felt it collapsing. Just got x-rays a crescent shaped piece of bone is just floating. It sucks i love training.

Sorry to hear that brother, Prayers for a quick speedy recovery! You’ll be back in shape and training in no time. Most adversity happens for us not to us and can be a blessing in disguise to reveal greater things in your life if you look for it. Gonna have some time to really lock in and focus On yourself, your own mental health and on other areas in your life, Maybe a relationship, business, hobby etc. I know it can be hard, stay positive, your coming back stronger and better than ever.

Damn boss you don’t have to bench a Buick 😀. That sucks but listen I know you were saying you have ups and downs with weight don’t let this be an excuse to quit you still have legs and you still have cardio I know it’s not the fun stuff you wanna do but don’t quit. You can always be Popeye with one crab arm

Haha, im trying to fight the urge now. But I’ll just have to redirect my energy until I can lift again

Two things.
Elbow braces.
Visit a Chiropractor

Both helped me tremendously with a dislocated elbow a while back. I do warm ups and stretch before bench. I have left the flat barbell bench a while ago and only do dumbbells now. But when your my age, you got to protect what you can and cannot do. Good luck.

Sorry to hear I still have a piece that I can feel flouting around in elbow from drunk ice fall years back. I didn’t drop the pizza though. So gf had some thing to eat when I got home. Find get yelled at for bloody mess so you win some lose some
