Burning pulling in outboard upper calf

Sit down somewhere with good posture and place one leg one the knee of your other grab the foot of the one you crossed and slowly lean foward. It should stretch the shit outta your hips i got degeneration and bulging/ herniated discs and this is what gives me mucho relief my hips are super tight and this stretch almost always helps
 
Yep!!! My IT band was tight baby. … rolled a baseball on glutes and big pvc pipe on outer quads… noticeable difference.
 
Difference from problem leg and the other was huge. Band was tight enough to play a tune on.
 
I have the tools and kinda know how… I just need reminding every so often.

Been rolling stretching daily and my IT band is getting better.

I slacked on the walking hi/lo cardio. I picked it back up again and that is helping also.

Question… I guess walking is helping?

I would be mad if I didn’t deserve that… hahaha
