Cardiological health issues

Currently 5’11” 195lbs. Body fat around 10%. 2800 calories per day, coming from fish, white meats, fibers, nuts, avocados, grains. Supplement with creatine, (stopped the creatine one week before cycle) fish oil, and vitamin D. Outside of that, I have a protein shake if I haven’t met my protein goal of 175g. Usually winds up being one or two shakes a week.

Perhaps worth noting is that I have sleep apnea. The sleep apnea was only discovered because I requested a sleep study prior to beginning a cycle because I know that testosterone can worse apnea. This being said I have been compliant in my cpap usage the entirety of my short lived beginner cycle.

It is frustrating to take tons of precautions, doing tons of bloodwork, involving doctors, getting everything on point, taking a very mild cycle and having to deal with this. Meanwhile there are dudes pinning 750mg a week of test and gobbling clen and just cruising lol.

You have very low body fat compared to a lot of us. 5’11’’ at 195 with 10% BF is really lean. It may be that there is something else going on with you that the test may be activating or aggravating, such as a nutritional deficiency or some enzymes that are out of whack. Did your prior bloodwork include a complete metabolic panel? I do understand your frustration: You did everything right and still wound up with a serious complication. Very sorry to hear, brother, but all you can do right now is be safe until you and your doctors figure it out.

Only thing I can think of is your one of the rare cases of people who might get adverse effects from synthetic test. But who know brother could be anything. Diet stress, maybe your adrenal glands are effected. I can get a little more excited if someone pissis me of and I get an adrenaline rush and my heart pounds so hard you can see my hands move with each pulse. More so on high level of test.

Truly everything must be in moderation lol. I’m going to try cutting down on the fish oil supplementation.
