Coach gave some feedback and dropped some food. Only 25g of rice.

Weighed in at 131 even this morning. Not bad after a cheat meal.

Worked my push routine and got my 30mins of max incline treadmill in.

Excited my Quads are starting to peek through! Still have a lot of fluff I need to drop but here’s where I’m at. Enjoy the rest of your weekend guys!

Quads are showing but I noticed that you have some strong shoulders in the picture also looking good I look forward to the next so we can compare.

I was rereading your log.

In your pic you have thick quads (in a good way) narrow waist and broad shoulders.

I believe you have the makings of a great physique.
 
Yeah, I ended up swamped with work this week with a organizing things for a new team and finally have some time to catch up!

What do you guys want to hear about? I feel repetitive going on and just weigh in, some food (which is nearly the same everyday), and whatever I trained today.

Weighed in at 129.4. My cut is going nicely at a steady pace. My sleep has been horrible, kiddo has been waking up in the middle of the night. I’ve been getting some caffeine i after dinner now so I have the energy to get my lifts in and not half ass it. Not the greatest solution but hoping I can catch up on sleep this weekend.

Check-In with coach tomorrow morning. Trained glutes today with squats, hip thrusts and accessory work. Got all my cardio in earlier this week so just went for a walk today to get some sunshine.
 
Post whatever and whenever you feel comfortable.

As stated above; a lot of us find motivation in other folks logs… personal logs are also very interesting in general.
 
Your training for a week is what im curious about because I would like to see your program honestly.
The difference between men and women is huge in the way we do things and I promise anything that you post will help 1000s of other women.
They might not post but I promise they read.
 
Yeah, I can’t share the plan due to confidentiality. I love working with her and would hate to get dropped as a client. but I can do an overview of what I hit each day and foods I eat when I write my logs. Right now it’s PPL then 2 weakpoint days and abs. It’s a mix of bandwork, dumbbells and bar work to make due with what I have in my home gym.
 
Weight this morning 131.8 big jump from yesterday’s new low from 129.2, that’s pizza gains right there.

No changes in diet or routine this week. Still making good progress.

Today was push day, did some incline bench, shoulder work and tricep work. Finished up with my incline treadmill for cardio.

Breakfast: Egg whites, oats, berries and pb.
Lunch: Shrimp and rice, sprouts
Midday: Hippeas and a can of fresca
Dinner: sirloin and baked potato, sprouts
Dessert: greek yogurt with peanut butter.
 
Push days are my favorite! I feel I get the most accomplished on those days. Stupid pizza gains haha. Always get those right after a cheat day. Actually I usually see it two days after cheat day. But worth it. Keeps a person sane.
