I hope your week was good. Not too “hectic”!

We are getting ready to go back to office for the first time since las March. I’ve heard 50/50 and I’ve heard 100%.

We’ll see.
 
@Poppy Another busy week. I swear my whole week is work, kids, training and sleep.

Decided to jump into prep for a show! 13 weeks out. Coach thinks I’m ready. Time to dig deep and push myself even harder than I ever have. Probably Not enhanced this run and maybe just some stimulants to help with hunger/energy as I get closer to show day.

Right now having fun getting ideas for a custom suit design and getting some fabric samples mailed. Going all out on this because I’ve been patiently waiting and training 4 years for this.

Anyway, last night I had my last weekly free meal. Some clams and scallops corn and potatoes in garlic botter sauce.

Weighed in at 130.4 this morning. No training changes and swapped some carbs for more protein this week. About to hit the treadmill for today’s cardio and do chest and shoulders and triceps.

Abs starting to peek out too!

Haha I wish. Bringing my chicken and rice to the 4th of July party this weekend. Just work, kids, and prep life has taken about 95% of my time. So I just haven’t posted in a while.

7 weeks out on Sat. I haven’t had a free meal since I started prep. I dreamed about fucking up and eating a giant stack of pancakes.
 
Yup!! Show was a couple weeks ago. Ended up 3rd in masters, won novice overall and 1st in my class! Awesome to be in the overall line up, everyone else had much more size and was echoed by the feedback I got from the judges to just grow this offseason.

Really inspiring to see what everyone brought to the stage and gave me some new motivation to push even harder.
