Cholesterol Numbers from Newbie

Guys, not sure if I am in the right forum, but here goes.
How much do you concern yourself with your Cholesterol getting out of wack?
I do TRT (100mg week), Deca (100mg) week and I started a cycle of adding Anavar to this (40mg) a day. Had my blood work done after about 3 weeks, and everything looked good except for the Cholesterol was way out of wack…

Total: 201 (this is ok)
TriGlycerides: 242 (jumped high, should be <150)
HDL: 31 (dropped significantly, should be > 40)
LDL: 131 (Should be < 100)
CHOL/HDLC Ratio: 6.5 (should be < 5.0)

Obviously, I am fairly new at this, and I am trying to be careful. I am doing bloodwork. The Doc suggested I immediatly drop Anavar and Deca for a few months. Would that be your consensus or is the Cholesterol effects something you need to live with when doing even a small amount like this?
Seems like even if I get it back to normal, as soon as I tried to do it again, it would knock them back out of wack.

Appreciate any advice.

The Anavar has alot to do with those numbers so if you’re running gear you should definitely be using tudca and taurine or liv-52 something to help Support and protect your liver and kidneys.

So its definitely something to worry about especially if you have pre existing conditions.

Definitely take your doctor’s advice drop the Anavar and decca this is why we pay them for there knowledge but if you’re interested in running this you might want to find a sports doctor or trt clinic that might be able to help you get through medically safely.

You got the right category by the way I appreciate that
Thanks

CoQ10 every day. Flax seed oil will elevate your HDL. LDL always will go up slightly and if you are eating a heavy protein diet will affect your Tri levels. For me orals in general elevate my LDL. 201 isn’t bad. My LDL is 230 range on a cycle. 😳 but need to get that HDL UP. If you do that it will counter the LDL number.

This is the second or third time you mentioned coq10. I’ve been reading up on it.

What do you dose it at?

I take 2 of these every day. Be careful what you choose. It’s very easy to lose the potency of CoQ10 buy processing or manufacturing. This is the best I have found. If it’s cheap, it’s usually under dosed. Gummies are not the best but if you like gummies you’ll need to eat a bunch to equal this brand

I would like to ask a couple questions since you guys are so knowledgable on the subject:

I stopped the Deca last week, and assuming I quit the Anavar today, is there a general amount of time for those Cholesterol numbers to correct themselves? I currently eat lo-carb/keto and my numbers were very good previously.

Also, would I expect the exact same thing to happen again if I tried another cycle of just Anavar in the future?

Thanks.

About a month at most it will correct. With a good diet maybe sooner. Mine fluctuates 30-40 points in a month. Now. Is is better sooner? Might be. But I usually do blood work one month after blasting. I just know that certain things will affect my body more. Since I’m older now, it really hits different than when I was 35.
And yes. Usually your body will respond the same every time. I just combat the negative by taking supplements.

I miss the days when my supplement decisions were made by reading IronMan or Muscle Mag and seeing pictures of Greg Kovacs downing Cell Tech and claiming all his 400 lbs came from that… that shit was nasty 20 years ago, had a wicked after taste too, and sooooo much sugar

I just saw a bottle of some supplement at work called clear muscle that said on package can put on 16# of muscle in 12 weeks. I laughed and said out loud not even my cycle will do that. Although I May be close to it but I’m assuming 15 pounds fat a lot of water the rest lean muscle tissue

Lee Priest being border line morbidly obese, eating buckets of KFC and saying hydroxycut was his show prep go to… damnit I need a Delorian, I want to go back 20 years and see that shit again as a 41 year old rather than a 21 year old

Lots of research and studies. You can find a lot of independent panels on things if you google them. Some are from the company. Some are individuals. Kinda like roidtest if you get what I mean. Consumer labs is one of many

Oh yeah. There’s a purification lab cert now. I’ll see if I can drum it up. It’s voluntary for the companies but they test for purity and if it’s rated at the correct mg. I’ll have to see if I can dig that one up too.

Interesting way to choose I never thought about that and you know I distrust these companies but alot of positives over a long period of time would show atleast what’s better
