Clen for my wife

My wife (142lbs 5’10’ 23% BF) wants to cut for summer - 8-12lbs. I am planning on putting her on a cycle of clen. There are many different cycles for beginner women - I wondered if anyone here had exp with a good cycle. I was planning on 10-week cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. 20mg/day for the 1st week & 40mg for the next. Then 40 mg 5th week and 60mg the 6th week. 9th wk 60mg then 80mg for the 10th week.

Clen also has a 36 hour half life. So two weeks on two weeks off is stacking a lot of those doses.

2 days on 1 day off with Benadryl on your day off is much milder regimen.

Albuterol tablets are usually better tolerated.

I think very few people actually need something as strong as clen.

Ephedrine HCL or albuterol are better options for most athletes.

As far as weight loss aides go… jumping to clen is like playing a king when a jack will win your hand.

If diet and training are not on point it won’t do as much as most people think unless your doses are crazy high.

John meadows had a great video out on cutting. That’s where I got the card analogy from.

Inject L-carnitine is mild, actually has positive health benefits, it’s an amino acid that aids in fat transport and enhanced mitochondrial function. You can get up to 600mg/ml so you are injecting less than 1cc daily… and it’s well tolerated by… well humans. It’s something that is already native to your system.

Thanks for the detailed advice. I assume oral L-carnitine is much less bioavailable than injectable. I will look into it, but my wife is not keen on injections and doing one every day might be too much for her. I like that it has health benefits and the sides are minimal. Personally, I don’t tolerate clen at all. This may be something I can try if I need a little extra kick. Thanks!

200mg daily will brining added energy and not so much fat loss but will still support the liver and aid in fat transport.

Don’t get it confused with acetyl L-carnitine. That’s a nootropic and crosses the blood brain barrier… it also cuts down severely on alcohol withdrawal symptoms… but no matter how many studies are performed I still can’t get a doc to use it… but that’s not the point of this discussion.

I will say my wife isn’t keen on shots and she’s giving it a go right now. It’s not going to shed off fat like a stimulant but it seems to be helping with cravings and it’s made her essentially alcohol intolerant. She skips buzzed and goes straight to tired and feeling crappy.

I got a girlfriend lean fast with a diet of all fish and vegetables. She would cook it all in a pan with a little water, no added oil.
For supplements she took 25mcg T3 per day.
She surfed daily which was her “cardio.
Not that surfing is actually cardio but being out in the water paddling around for a couple hours a day got her very lean very quickly in that diet with the T3.

Clen kind of scares me. I’ve used it a lot back in the day getting ready for contests. It’s hard on the heart. My heart palpitated a lot.

I wouldn’t stick to your schedule of dosages. Everyone reacts differently to different compounds. Some folks have stated they curl up in the fetal position with 80 mg? Cause cramps are so bad Of clen and that’s with 1.5 gallons of water per day
Then another fella talks about taking 120 per day like it’s aspirin. So if your gonna do the clen thing she needs to listen to her body. If she starts getting cramps at 40 mg per day on say the second or third day and she is drinking plenty of water then scale it back a tad. And also I highly recommend doing three to four packs of liquid iv per day for the extra electrolytes she is gonna me for clen. One last thing. Body fat for women is a lot different then body fat for men. 23 is not far off for optimal bf when it comes to girls. Unless they are competing

Not to jack this thread but how much should I pin on the L-Car?

Quick question:

Why would Straight L-Carnitine @ 400mg be prefered over the Super Shredder (which contains L Carnitine 400mg/ml, MIC Blend 100mg/ml, ATP 50mg/ml, Albuterol 2mg/ml, B12 1mg/ml) for weight loss?

My assumption is the elegance of simplicity, and no Albuterol.

The simplicity. With any of this, I say play the most benign cards first. Don’t jump to the harshest. Clen. Tren. Etc.

There’s always time for those down the road if you want to use them. Use the minimal amount to raise the stimulus in order to reach your goal.

Most people decide they wanna lose fat and let the drugs carry the weight. Which leads them back to overweight.

If we play diet and training card first, with the most benign option, L-carn being an already present amino acid the chances of lifestyle/sustainable change is higher.
