Cockfighting and steroids?

So in the news today my city I moved from couple years ago the police had a drug arrest warrant, well when they went in it turned out to be a well organized cockfighting ring. Long story short the police found syringes and needles and steroids they were injecting the chickens with. This shit blew my mind, if any body has some info on what compounds they use on chickens I would love to hear it.

I know that they use test base and for dogs some keep them juiced year round and then test base before fights.

My buddy sent me video of these dudes in pa(didn’t watch it) but the story goes they shot a deer and wounded it, and it couldn’t run away and they were takin turns holding it so the others can punch and kick it, makes me fucking sick, I love and have quite a passion for killing animals and eating them, but not torturing them, and it gives hunters a bad name.I don’t like to judge people either, as I have done lots of fucked up shit, but I’m judging these fucking peckerheads.

I couldn’t agree more… hunting is a natural instinct, but I know when I take an animal it suffers less than any animal in the meat packing industry. It fucking infuriates me to see an animal or kid or woman mistreated. Were fucking men and that shit is the ultimate act of cowardice!

Gamefowl trainers will inject their game with steroids for performance, opiates to dull the pain from razor sharp gaffs or hooks up to 3 inches long and ephedrine or amphetamines for alertness.

I stole and rescued 2 gamefowl from a local trainer/fighter and they would both roam our yard and very rarely spar amongst themselves unless provoked, even while being fully trained to do so. Very interesting to watch, they’re so strong they can knock each other out cold. I could never imagine finding enjoyment from them cutting each other open.

Seen Cock fights in the Philippines back in the day. There was no devices put on the chickens. They just fought till the other one submitted. Still didn’t care for it. Was a big betting thing. Hunting animals I used to do that. But as I’ve gotten older and have more things to deal with, I cannot take a life of an animal. Just lost that interest. Things have changed my values on life. All life. Unless you’re a POS trying to harm my brothers. Then it’s different. Sad to say. I value the life of animals more than some people.
