Covid shipping problems

Yes … claimed they have adjusted their 30 day policies due to covid … offered a 25% discount off next purchase … honestly I quit corresponding with them a few weeks back and chalked it up as a minor loss.

That’s unacceptable brother is there a way to switch it for a different warehouse? Or was it only available from where they can’t ship?

Thanks … I knew want you meant! Lol… I will reach back out to them … I am patient usually with this stuff, especially when I don’t “need” it ASAP. I can remember waiting 30-45 days as a norm when naps first opened years ago. Thanks for running the board with fidelity!
 
Anything international is 2-3 months. I’ve ordered a few things that I thought were US companies (which they were) but a front for a bunch of Chinese products. So 2.5 months later I am still “waiting” I’m going to give it till Friday and if I still don’t have it, reporting them as credit card fraud. Well I know product is different, but just stating everything is at a crawl…
 
Hello guys.

We’re currently working with same policies we’ve been using since 2008, only exception is that due to pandemic issues we’re temporarily using 60 days from shipping date instead of 30, which means that if you don’t get your package in 60 days after it’s shipped we will either re-ship it or give you full store credit in amount spent plus a bonus.

All that said. Tracking #'s are currently chaotic and do not reflect reality. Several of them are only updated as they arrive.

Things are getting much better from all warehouses but some of them were going thru these issues during the month of march.

If you provide order number privately, I can talk to customer service and/or management and get you more info.

No one has ever lost money with Steroidify. You won’t be first.
