We’re currently working with same policies we’ve been using since 2008, only exception is that due to pandemic issues we’re temporarily using 60 days from shipping date instead of 30, which means that if you don’t get your package in 60 days after it’s shipped we will either re-ship it or give you full store credit in amount spent plus a bonus.
All that said. Tracking #'s are currently chaotic and do not reflect reality. Several of them are only updated as they arrive.
Things are getting much better from all warehouses but some of them were going thru these issues during the month of march.
