I seen that. @Dirtnasty could probably tell you more about the 3 different kinds but I believe they absorb or convert at different rates. Been a while since I’ve read up on it

Leg day was shit today but I tried for it …back just started spontaneously hurting sittin down eating dinner last night and decide to carry that pain on today. Stong as shit leg curls and extensions… Deadlifts was alright due to back…and leg presses made me say fuck it moved to calves… And I was way fuckin stronger there back wasn’t an issue… Put on 4 extra plates… Haven’t had a decent calf pump until today …
Yeah I popped that shit lunch time at work… Cuz I get off shortly after…walked outside and ears just magically felt like they were sitting in a jacuzzi or some shit… No headache or anything just warm ears…
