Okay so some one was saying deca would help me and my joints. I have tendinitis bad in my elbows. I got a cortisone shot in each one a couple weeks ago or so and it helped a lot. But the left elbow is hurting a lot again. Right one is just fine. No more pain at all. And I got mri on both shoulders today. My left one isn’t as bad but my right one he said has supraspinatus tendinitis and it’s swollen or inflamed pretty good. Gonna get a shot in it as well this Thursday. Idk if it will help tho since it didn’t last very long with my elbow. I was just going to take the advice and try deca cause I know some guys run it with there trt to help. My trt dose is 200mg and the suggestion was run half my trt dose. Soo 100mg deca. I just want to confirm this. I guess lol I already got the deca and I’m ready to go.

Gotta experiment and find what works for you. I wouldn’t cut my test down more then 150 but running 100 deca at 150 test is pretty low so
I would think it falls into therapeutic range. I definitely lubricates the joints but won’t fix the problem Just be careful not to cause more damage just cause it feels better. I have read a study that states it encourages regeneration of cartilage. But there are a lot of bad information out there. As far as inflammatory issues go like tendinitis and so on …. I have found nothing works better then a 48 to 60 hour fast. It’s not as hard as it sounds just keep some broth handy to take edge off if the hunger gets real bad. After hour 36 there is a desire to eat but hunger pains go away.

Long term fasting induces autophagy. Bad cell cannibalism and new cell regeneration. Check it out.

This source also said 200 mg per week for joint healing. Talks about collagen synthesis and so on.

Again conflicting research.

I personally like it. Or also NPP works well for the same thing. It’s Decas little brother with a faster acting ester.

Hope this helps

They say sixteen weeks. But like @Poppy says be careful. Just cause you feel good don’t push PRs. Maybe keep the weight same and reps same first couple weeks. Then just progressively add 2.5 pounds per week tops. Use your brain not your heart. Also fast at least 48 hours twice during that time. If I were going for injury recovery I would add maybe 2.5 pounds per week max and do a 48-60 hour fast each month.

I would also incorporate peptides. BP-157 and TB500 during this time.

When I first started out I could hardly press 135 without joint pain. Now a year and half later can easily press 285 for reps. All shoulder and elbow issues. On the other hand I overdid it with dead’s and went from 205 to 450 and now I can never do heavy dead’s again cause I messed up my hip and lower back so much cause it hid the pain.

So Godspeed brother but take it easy please

Yeah I’ve read where it will mask it so don’t push yourself cause you can make things worse. I just want the pain gone so I can lift and go to work and not feel crippled while working. The pains bad. Atleast if I can get a 16 week break from hurting I can handle that. So is this considered like a cycle? Cause I’m finishing my second cycle of 500mg test at the end of this month. Also would want to know if that’s safe to do and if I will be able to still run a cycle over summer.

2:1 ratio is the standard protocol for TRT:Nandrolone if you using it therapeutically and not trying to bulk up. You can alway titrate as needed.

When I am hurting in the elbows and shoulders, rest is the best medicine.
A few weeks of working on cardio and then slowly rebuilding to where i was.

The lift then hurt cycle can only be broken by healing imho.

Nandrolone helps but it is not magic.
Higher dosages also make me retain fluid like a MF’er.

Agreed

I quit flat benching for a year on two separate occasions for just that reason. I healed up and got back after it.

This is exactly what I’m talking about. Do you know what tendinitis is? Do you know why it happens? How it goes away?

Your joints. Your body do whatever you want. Just think about the next 20 years. Not the next 20 weeks.

That’s why I got in here tho to ask before I jumped ahead and did anything lol cause even when I took two months off it didn’t go away

That would be a really good reason to not take deca and press on. But it’s not my joints.

I’ve posted some articles on both of them.

Think of it like your tire pressure light (if you have a newer car)…it comes on…right front tire is low…logically you stop and put air in it. 2 hours later light comes back on same tire…

Do you keep limping along by putting air in it every couple of hours? Treating the symptom

Or

Do you take it in to your very favorite car place and have yhem put it on the lift to see if you picked something up off the road…fix tire… live happily ever after… fix problem
