Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 scrambled eggs,3 whole wheat toast,turkey sausage, banana,coffee, cranberry juice.Today I am thankful for a decent night of sleep.I will be doin legs at the gym in a bit.Hope everyone has great day.
 
Breakfast was venison steak and eggs and coffee and kodiak cakes.

Did legs at gym until they turned off lights to push everyone outta there. Couldn’t believe how many people were in there today just absolutely packed. In a week we will have all the New Year’s resolution folks with their brand new fit watches and dry fit clothes and new shoes and all the fancy fancy stuff. They will clog up the gym and play on their phones and etc. then come February most will be gone and back to the regulars. Good for business I guess. 🤣🤣🤣

Morning fellas! Breakfast was a banana then making some pretzel salad for the holidays lol hit back this morning. And feel really dumb because all this time I never used my straps besides for deadlifts. Well been using it for other things like pull ups. And it takes a lot of stress of my elbow and so much better! Don’t know how I never seen it before watching all the videos til a couple weeks ago 😅🤣🤣
 
Pete rubbish says he does all dead’s now with straps but trains grip seperatly three times a week he also used to pull almost 900 pounds and is now doing 700 without roids. He used to be sponsored by one of our banned sponsors here
 
Appreciate you @John and a good night sleep is always good! I’ve been feeling pretty selfish lately and worrying too much about money, personal goals and shit like that but you’re reminding me to take a step back and be grateful for what I got. Woke up had coffee and went to the gym but it was closed so I did a mini circuit of Kb swings, DB lunges, bent over DB rows, and gonna go for a walk. Had an MRE shake and banana post workout. Bunch of chicken and veggies in a bit, clean eating today so I can eat a bunch of shot tomorrow.
 
Maybe everyone feeling guilty cause when they were making Christmas cookies they ate half of them. I know I didn’t. :roll_eyes:

Yeah idk why I just now seen it in a video. Def a game changer for me. My grip won’t ever be any good any ways my right arm has two bars and 14 screws in it from a car accident and my left elbow has always hurt but with the straps on I don’t even feel it now. So I’ve been doing pull ups with a ten pound weight and I’m happy. That was one thing I missed doing so much and I’m able to do them now
 
I may get that shirt. And if somebody ask ky grey ass I’ll tell them o don’t have any
