Been kind of an up and down week. Still in a funk, did my chest workout at home on Monday, mostly stretching, but also did some presses on a machine which was kind of nice, made my chest and tris feel like I actually did something. Last night I was in a terrible fucking mood, so I rocked out to hatebreed the whole way home, with a little VARG mixed in to really put me in a mood, stopped at my buddy’s gym and pulled 315 x 5 x 2 … the fat smelly guy asking me spot him on squats pushed me over the edge, so I left.
I also decided yesterday that I would really like to hate fuck the safety lady’s face holes… but that’s just a side note
