Well, I’ll make an update… with my shoulder going to shit Ive completely stopped logging everything. Sunday I was able to hit 113 kilo (250ish lbs) box squats on a 20” box with a normal bar and no shoulder issues, the hip was strong too! Yesterday I went to the gym and decided that I would try a little light bar work on bench and some unilateral dumbbell work. Flat bench only went up to 95 lbs, really concentrating on keeping everything tight, I did 10 sets of 15 and my shoulder only liked about half of it. From there I moved on to unilateral incline dumbbell, 50 lbs for 4 sets of 12 with each arm, this did not bother my shoulder at all, and unilateral flat dumbbell press after that was a terrible idea, that made my shoulder feel like it was about to fall apart. So, more rehab and I’ll push my deadlift a little harder. Tomorrow I’m going to shoot for a double somewhere between 350 and 400, not too shabby for 10 months post surgery
