Forearms rearing ugly year again I think only working two days th is week should help constant pushing piling drums gives them no break. Didn’t start to hurt till 5th rep of 495 so things are better this week than last
So I’m already going to change my program a bit. Until I get used to low bar position and forearms and shoulder feel good I’m switching my comp bench and other bench day. I just don’t feel the strength in shoulders the last two tuesdays I was barely getting 405 for 5 with pause.
Today was a off day girl called off work and I just hung in bed while she ran errands. Then come into work to find out coworker has covid so now even though I’m Vaxxed have to pay attention to symptoms
So I think I’ll post physique update after workout today I feel um seeing progress already. Then again I may have chair looked better cause I was super
Dehydrated at work
Yeah coworker has it and I honestly been more nervous bout getting it since I got shot. Hoping it’s just lack of sleep but if it’s going to happen better at begging of prep than end
