Wide grip chest hammer 3x12-3 plates
Db shoulder worked up to 70 pounds for set of 12 fly machine 190,170,q150 for sets of 15 moved down weight as body fatigued
Side delt ls sets of 12- 25,30,35,40 then I weren’t back down with failure till it wa just hands crabs pose with with 32.5 tile failure 3 sets felt great
May just not do flat bench till down with cycle and work on just gain mass and strengthened everything else for this cycle just worried about reinjuring shoulder and missing progresss
