What you training today? Sounds to me like a perfect excuse for a push day. I’ll always make room for some chest/shoulders/tris haha
 
Well was going to hit legs today but now I’m running a temp and that means they won’t let me lift hoping it’s just from upping test by a g
 
That sucks. Tren raises my body temperature quite a bit. Glad they’re not doing that at my gym and hopefully they don’t start. I hit legs last night. Chest and Arms tonight.
 
No temp today so going to do late night leg session later. Got to get back to work schedule after week off
 
I love smashing legs. Push them so hard they’re wobbly and shakey walking out. My calves are still sore from Friday’s workout.
 
My legs was sticks before, calves didn’t exist. So I push my lower body harder to catch up with my upper body. Plus I want massive legs.
 
Yeah I just don’t care about calves maybe if I switch to bb in the future

So was chest with some shoulders today
Incline bench 3x12-275
Wide grip chest hammer 3x12-3 plates
Db shoulder worked up to 70 pounds for set of 12 fly machine 190,170,q150 for sets of 15 moved down weight as body fatigued
Side delt ls sets of 12- 25,30,35,40 then I weren’t back down with failure till it wa just hands crabs pose with with 32.5 tile failure 3 sets felt great
May just not do flat bench till down with cycle and work on just gain mass and strengthened everything else for this cycle just worried about reinjuring shoulder and missing progresss
 
Watching a some critiques of powerlifting forms and I realized I think I may have actually had better form with wider grip.
 
So I’m burning up at work and it’s about 40 degree in the foundry. Can’t wait to see what tren does to me when it’s kid 80’s or higher everyday of that cycle bet it will cut me up real good that’s for sure
