Bench 2x8-370,390 then 315 for 15 reps
Hammer incline 4x12-3pps focus on squeezing chest and not using triceps.
Fly machine 3x12-210
Lat raises 3x12 strict 2x12 cheat-35,45
Crab pose 3x15-37.5,42 47.5
Dip pad push down2x15-145
Incline pronated flys 4x12-30,35,40,40
 
Gc double base in my system going to push this back workout to see how well the eq base does for long workout
 
Ok back day
Dead’s 3x5 590, 610, 620, went for 640 again was spent so only got one
Meadows rows 3x12-75’s
Lat pull downs emphasis lower lay 3x15-180
Hammer iso row mid back 3x10- 4pps
Kroc rows2x12-130
Seat rows to chest 3x15-140
 
Did arm day yesterday in 5 days in with no ai. Not sure if the yk11 being a dht derivative has helped there like proviron or masteron does but I’m not throwing it in me

Doing shoulders and onifht probably do light weight Hugh reps get a good pump. The yk11 does seem to be helping like other dht derivatives. I’m even feeling a bit more horny. Been off proviron for 3 weeks I think. Can’t wIt to see what 600 mast does for me. Have I mentioned I really want o sleep with this young chick not date just sex.
 
Ducking failed on fifth rep of 500 on squat had to dump forward need a spotter to give that bump to finish set out. But still going up just did 11 ppvs with 25 on leg press controlled reps now into good thrust leg curls and leg extensions to finish out workit
